Hi, I'm Tim.

Like you I'm a foodie.

Being a Chinese Canadian born and raised in Toronto, the multicultural capital of the world, I've been fortunate enough to have enjoyed foods from all corners of the globe.

I'm also an exercise physiologist who's been in the fitness industry for 14 years. I've helped hundreds of people from all walks of life lose weight, build muscle and improve their energy levels. In short, I helped transform lives.

On the other side of things, I also worked in cardiac rehab, where I saw what happens to people who leave their diet and lifestyle completely unchecked. From heart disease and stroke, to diabetes, to kidney disease, to erectile dysfunction, the dangers of potentially irreversible damage to the body are real.

I'm here to tell you that it doesn't have to be this way. You CAN live a healthy lifestyle, looking great on the beach AND continue to enjoy all the wonderfully scrumptious foods you've grown to love.
